Every 1st of the month reservations for 2 months later will be released. So reservations for May open up on March 1st 10 a.m.

Our search for flavor, dept and connectivity between our techniques and produce is captured in one menu with a multitude of servings that changes throughout the year and by the available produce.

Due to the complexity and length of our menu we cannot accommodate every dietary restriction, preference or allergy.

Vegetarian, vegan and fish allergies or dislikes ask for too many adaptions to our menu and are therefore not possible.

Shellfish/crustacean allergies and gluten and lactose intolerances are possible, but only if cross contamination is not a problem. Please let us know in advance.
