our menu

Our search for flavor, dept and connectivity between our techniques and produce is captured in one menu that changes throughout the year and by the available produce. Due to the complexity and length of our menu we cannot accommodate every dietary restriction, preference or allergy. Vegetarian, vegan and fish allergies or dislikes ask for too many adaptions to our menu and are therefore not possible. Shellfish/crustacean allergies and gluten and lactose intolerances are possible, but only if cross contamination is not a problem.

 

Our menu is always in between 12 and 15 servings depending on the season and costs €125 euro.

 

The menu can be accompanied with a pairing of wines, sakes and tea.

A wine list is available for drinking by the bottle.
